Qingdao BLS Machinery is proud to announce that we have completed the production and shipping of a new full set of Acidified Rock Phosphate Powder Granulation machinery to one of our established clients in Indonesia.
The machinery, destined for the Indonesia, will produce the fertilizer granule with the acidified rock phosphate powder as raw material, with an annual production capacity of approximately 50,000 MT/year.
Rock phosphate powder is one of the basic raw materials needed in the manufacture of phosphatic fertilizers and is widely used in the fertilizer production industry.
The full production line consists of the following components
Raw Material Crusher (for the raw material acidified rock phosphate powder)
● Pan Mixer
● Drum Granulator
● Drier
● Rolling and Sieving Machine
● Cooler
● Coating Machine
● And a complete standard, and waving conveyor belt system for the production line
The largest components in a production line of this capacity are the drying and cooling machines, with the drier machine being about 22m in length. Below are pictures of the cylinder components of this machinery being prepared for shipping.
