bucket elevator is a kind of centrifugal chain bucket elevator, composed of operating part (hopper with the traction chain), upper section with drive sprocket, lower section with tension sprocket, intermediate machine casing , driving device, etc. Hoppers are interruptedly fixed up, loaded by "capture method" and unloaded by "centrifugal feeding method". The traction machine of the elevator is two forged circular chains, transmitted by the friction with the upper sprocket. So it can run smoothly and is a light & fast elevator. This elevator is suitable for conveying powder, granular and materials which are warm, easy to clump or hard to be cast.
